Llanelli - Art in the public realm commissions.


EMP Projects would like to receive expressions of interest from artists, designers or artistic partnerships/collaborators for the following three public art commissions based in Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, Wales.

1. Llanelli Town Centre Public Realm Commission -

Glass Canopy Designs.

The central glass canopy commission requires designs for three glazed panels that will form part of a large freestanding glass canopy.

The overall budget for this project is £25,000.00

2. Llanelli Town Centre Public Realm Commission -

Bespoke seating area and floorscape.

We would like to engage a professional artist(s) or designer(s) to design and install a bespoke floorscape and seating area as part of the redevelopment of Llanelli town centre.

The overall budget for this project is £45,000.00

3. Llanelli Town Centre –

Community Engagement Programme

We would like to commission an artist or artistic partnerships/collaborators to to propose and deliver a series of temporary works that may result in live art performances, publications, social media and/or exhibitions, culminating in an event to ignite Llanelli’s regeneration efforts.

The overall budget for this project is £11,000.00
