Statement

Paul Hurley mostly makes performance art, and is probably best known for his numerous becomings-animal/becomings-invertebrate. As well as making his own work, he is undertaking a PhD with the University of Bristol and Arnolfini Gallery, and is actively involved in a number artist-led projects - most notably Hotel Antelope, which he co-founded with Sara Rees in 2004.
