Statement

I use a variety of media to create sculptural pieces/installations that explore the intersection between art and science. Recently I've become interested in the possibilities of digital and interactive media. I have a particular interest in the use of art to further public awareness of genetics/genomics and genetic conditions and am collaborating with the MRC Centre for Neuropsychiatric Genetics and Genomics as part of their public engagement programme. I recently completed an MA in Arts and Health and my current research is focussed on the use of metaphor within both art and science.
