Statement

My name is Jacqui Grogan and I love Trees... My passion for Trees goes back a long time…As a Child I was always at ease in the presence of Trees, I felt like I belonged with them, they were my guides and I was safe in their arms...

Trees for me emanate so much love, they speak to me and console me, I feel their spirit enthralls me and even now I have a Mother Tree that I visit when in need of advice and serenity, She is an old Oak in the Brecon Beacons and I love her so...

Being in the company of Trees can be something we humans can often take for granted. For Trees are old and wise and are said to house human spirits, love them and you shall be loved back:-)

At present I am an arts and crafts tutor,visionary artist and distant healer who became enlightened through the work I created for my students while using art and colour as a therapy. I have been guided to paint spiritual trees that I call the tree of/for life, love, guidance and knowledge for others so that they may use them as a marker in their life... a reminder of how much they have grown...Physically, Mentally and Spiritually...and of all they have achieved.

Within these trees are spiritual messages of love and guidance; I see them as door'ways' to the inner spirit that can be used as a focal point for achieving one's desires in life;

I was guided many years ago to paint these trees and give them as gifts so that the person receiving them would be blessed with love and hope.

I have always been a spiritual person and am a self taught art and craft worker.
I have taught for many years as an art, craft and personal development tutor within the community and have learned so much from my students, to whom I will always be truly grateful. I've acquired much insight into how the human spirit evolves throughout my life and also gained the ability to read (through paintings, colour and expressions) how others were feeling, which in turn enabled me to become who I am today.

In 2004 I decided it was time for me to venture out and free my spirit from the daily grind of paperwork and more paperwork. I decided that I wanted to spread the word of love universally through my paintings of celebrations, and so Edens Spirit was born.

My aim in life is to sow as many seeds of love as possible through my work, paintings and time on this beautiful planet.



About my paintings

My paintings are primarily about love, growth, spirituality, healing, colour, nature and individuality. They represent the celebration of life and are designed to sow the seeds of love from one person to another with the intention of creating a tidal wave of love.

I consider myself to be a light worker, a messenger of visualisation, who adores opening doors for others so that they too may be blessed with the warmth and security that love has to offer. I take great pride in letting others know that they are loved by the universe and those close to them and thoroughly enjoy creating personalised, unique art to give as gifts.

I love to portray what I visualise about another being and capture their essence within in a tree form, it gives myself and those that have received my paintings such pleasure to see our spirit as one from nature.

Art for me is a way in which I can express how I see and feel what is being presented before me. I like to focus on given bits of information and let my spirit flow with creativity, painting what ever it is I may perceive at that present moment in time.

My work seems to be very symbolic, spiritual and has many healing qualities about it.

What inspires me?

I am inspired by the Tree's essence, nature, the universe, spirituality, humanity, faith, the diversity of our cultures and am influenced greatly by angels and spirit guides which I will often refer to in my paintings, writing and poetry.

I consider my ‘self’ to belong to nature and am deeply concerned about matters relating to our Mother Earth and the environment we are accustomed to living in.

I am inspired by the Trees Spirit especially, as they guide me, asking me to spread the message that...Life, Love, celebration and Respect to all life on Earth is something precious given from Grace, we are born from pure light and love, we are love...

We are all here for a purpose and we are all one...Let's share our love of this Earth and it's wonderful offerings by Sowing the Seeds of Love and becoming the gardeners we were born to be...The gardeners of our Universe, Planet and Souls...Jacqui...xxx....
