Hi everyone Framework Social is back with extra special October line-up for you. There will be music from Frameworks bearded uncle - DJ CarBoot... We will be screening video and film work from Jai Lewis, Michelle collins and Melvyn Williams plus a few suprise extras to be confirmed. Joan Jones will be performing a monologue. ...AND Octobers social will see the return of compulsary bingo! We're still looking for an artist in residence to react to the proceedings so if you have something you'd like to do then get intouch ASAP. The Social is located on St james Crescent, which is on the way to Uplands from town, just off Walters Rd... Look out for the framework sandwich board outside! If your new to Swansea (or not) and are interested in taking part in the social or want to see what goes on, then please come and check it out, and maybe you could be getting involved in the future. The event lives through its participants, and offers a unique opportunity to experiment and develop your practise. So don't miss out! BRING IT & SWAP IT
Hello All,
Novembers Social is only a few days away and this is just a reminder to come along and see what is happening this month.
There will be a durational performance, fanzine publication, intervention work, animation, video, bingo and more.
Also this month is a special 'swap shop':
The object(s) will be to swap for something else, with whoever you choose.
The music can be on any format, cd, vinyl, mp3 player, tape, etc, just bring a song and we'll try and play it.
The idea(s) will be swapped via the medium of Royal Mail; come with one, get another in the post a few days later.
so come along ready and willing to swap and we will see you there.
